Next Steps Director
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for creating a clear, and welcoming pathway for people to move from first-time guest to a connected member of the community of TFH SF. This role ensures every person who walks through our doors feels seen and is guided toward their next step: connection, discover, baptism, and/or community.
